Good deal to catch on some Lockhart Speedscreen

Hi guys!

My dealer in the city I was born have two Lockhart Phillips Smoke Speedcreens for VTR1000F 97-04 for sale. And they are selling them for 30$ CDN each!! This is a good deal IMO, especially if we know that 1$ US = 5$ CDN!! hehe.

Part number: 101WS3023DS
MSRP on Lockhart web site is 59$ US

If my bike not already have a double bubble screen, I think that I would have bought one of these.

If some of you are interested, just let me know I will give your their coordinate and my friend name there.

Seems like a decent price - too bad the US dollar isn't worth what it used to be in Canada these days

Unfortunately, shipping across the border in either direction isn't usually cheap although this item is light so that helps. Having a business account helps too. Find out before you commit to buying.

Yes, you have right the duck is more strong these time, like we said: "the happiness of the ones make the misfortune of the others" :wink:

But even if the Canadian dollar is more strong since a couple of month, this is still nevertheless at your advantage to by in canadian $, we are still far away from 1 = 1 but maybe with our new conservative government...

Yes, this is true, sometime shipping price make the business really don't worth it. But these time, I've bought a lot in the US ( strong CDN dollar helped ) and it's sure that with UPS or Fedex or other major carrier this is expensive. But, if as me you are not in an hurry as it's still the winter!! there's still USPS and Canadian Xpress Post that give a good service for the price, IMO.

Thus, if I can be of more help in any way, do not hesitate to ask me, I will be please to help you! I've a friend in CA who help me sometime with the shipping and this is very practical!
