my setup was 180lb rider - aggressive ( track ) valving. the spring is 1000lb/in .
the ride height adjustment is set to 5mm.

penske spring for 190-225lb = 1000lb/in ( 160-190lb = 950lb/in )

the 1000lb/in spring is rated up to a 225lb rider.
