FS: OEM Rear Shock w/ Spring

Off my 98. No leaks, no rust. Replaced it with a rebuilt shock.

I also have an extra spring for sale as well.

I'd like to get $35 for it.

Best way to get hold of me is email:

Not going to be too many takers on that one Jon. I think everyone already has one of those in some shape or form.

It is OEM, nothing special about it as he said in his posting!

what exactly did he say in his posting? i see nothing about 'OEM'. a lot of threads are left for us to read between the lines. so I was asking him a question to see if maybe I should be interested in it, and possibly help a fellow SH rider with some cash instead of buying one else where.

Thanks for the title fix Hawk. I just figured everyone would recognize the yellow spring. Also figured someone else may want to do what I did and rebuild it without having any down time on their bike.

Or have it on hand for the day you sell a SH, and want to change out the Built custom shock for a stocker and sell the custom shock separately.

If I did not have a spare OEM shock,,,, I'd buy yours for just that reason.

Good luck with the sale.... but I think your going to be stuck with it.

Ya thx hawk. Booker that's a good idea. I may take it off your hands for that reason. Lemme see what it'd cost to rebuild and I'll let you know, if you still have it.
Btw my new and limited knowledge of SH upgrades and parts is relative. Just bc it looks like my OEM shock doesn't mean it's still OEM condition in my mind. I'm still learning.
And once they're rebuilt, how would I know if it is even though it looks OEM?

Fyi, it cost me $300 including a new spring. I've had work done at Traxxion Dynamics so I trusted them to do the work. One way you would know it was rebuilt is there will be a valve drilled into the shock so they can refill it.
