FS: Fox Shock, Race Tech Forks, Sargent Seat & More!

I'm helping my buddy sell his VTR, so I stripped all the aftermarket bits off and decided to try and sell them here first before they go to eBay. All prices are plus actual shipping cost's. Here's what I've got;
Fox Shock W/ 600X900 Spring; Recently rebuilt by Lindemann Engineering (less 1 year and 1k miles on rebuild, cost over $200 for the rebuild alone). $400 Sold to Moto Man, paid and shipped!
K&N Air Filter; Less than 5k miles on filter. $50 Sold to Bikephreak, paid and shipped.
OEM Tool Kit; Some surface rust, but it's all there. $10 Sold to socalmike, paid and shipped
'97 VFR Bars W/O Throttlemeisters; The perfect touring setup. $80 Sold to residentg, paid and shipped!
APE Cam Chain Tensioners; about 6k miles on them. $75 Sold to socalmike, paid and shipped

Front Forks W/ 1.0 Springs & Race Tech Gold Valves; These are set up for a 265# rider. Some material taken off of the lower caliper mount to make room for RC51 calipers. Less than 1 year & 1k miles on rebuild. $200 Sold to NCDave, paid and shipped.
Sargent Seat; It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn nice for a used seat. $250 Sold to tbartley, paid and shipped!

OEM 2005 VTR Seat: Great condition. The 05's have a textured seat cover that the 98-04's didn't get (maybe 04 did...?). $50 Sold to socalmike, paid and shipped.
R157 Italian Red Seat Cowl; Good OEM paint, no broken tabs. $35 Sold to tbartley, paid and shipped!
