Why you selling? As soon as I sell my house I'll be in the market and the price seems fair but for your sake I hope you don't still have it when I'm looking.

Good luck with selling your house! Is the housing market as crazy where you are in FL as it is in some parts of CA? BTW, nice avatar.

Thanks, yeah it's big time crazy in my county right now that's why we're getting ready to sell. It's getting TOO crowded for us and we figure we should cash in while we can. Our house has almost tripled in 4 years! If I was smart I would've bought the empty lot that was next to our house. We could've sold it paid off the house and still made enough to pay off the credit cards!! KICK MYSELF KICK MYSELF KICK MYSELF!!! Ah that feels better.

LoL
Yeah, I always feel disappointed that I didn't jump in on the housing market when it first started rolling. It's the same story all around me - the house doubles, triples, or quadruples in value, the owners sell, and the move way the heck out of town.
But, I've got something planned. >;D

So you can ride in bumper-to-bumper traffic and dodge idiots who can't drive? Sounds like the only difference for you would be the time zone.
#15
That's one of the reasons I want to move out there, I don't get to sleep until about 2 am here. That would be 11pm there, perfect. Plus there's a lot more motox out there people are quick to call the cops here for that and there's nowhere to ride 'em any more. Then there's the issue of the roads here......carpenters dream flat and straight. I just seem to get along with more of you left coast people better then most of the people down here. We spent almost a month out there on our honeymoon......I didn't want to come home. Spent a whole day on the dunes in Pismo, the day before we snowmobiled in Lake Tahoe.

Sounds like you're definitely living on the wrong coast! Just bring a ventilator, or hold your breath - that purple haze hanging over downtown LA isn't too yummy.
