I looked around, contacted the manufacture to see if there was one on a shelf gathering dust, a return , blemm.. Nothing
Contacted MaxPower and a few others that still come up in google search for this item, and asked the same questions, again nothing.

 

Yeah i have only asked on on this forum so far
I have pretty much done the same thing as you have and came up with nothing its like they have dissapered off the shelves
there was pleanty 2 weeks ago

That part doesn't look too hard to reverse engineer and have one cut out.
Just looks like flat plate and some spacers.
