The bad:

Previous owner dropped laid it down at low speed, denting the tank in one small place and scratching the clutch lever.
Engine rebuilt at about 35K miles, runs fine since
Some rust, could use some TLC and polishing
Runs a little lean when cold, could use carb cleaning or jetting.
High beam light needs replacing.
One turn signal light needs replacing
