Custom Seat Creations

My wife, Becky, will finally be making Superhawk seatcovers in the next week or two. Her home-business is small but it's pretty successful and everyone's been pleased so far.. details to come.

I'm hesitant to add the link.. such that I don't sound spammy.. ah, what the heck.. her website is: www.customseatcreations.com If you have any requests for design, such as maybe embroidered script or what you think might look cool, let me and Becky know and we'll hook it right-up.

Give her about 2 weeks. She just bought a SHawk seat on eBay and it has to get to us. I sort of asked her not to cannibalize my seat for the process because I like the unique 2005 seat material that looks sort of carbon-fiber. I'll keep you posted.

Update* Which designs from other bikes do you like (she asks)..

I like the Rhino red. Can you get this in a two tone pattern like in the hot deals section?

Reaper,

Got my login taken care of so I can answer questions directly. Yes, I can get a black tack vinyl to help prevent the sliding around. I'll offer it on the site shortly as a choice.

No problem. As soon as I get the seat I have on the way. Covers will be available by Mid-February.

Thanks,
Becky

I bought a second seat on eBay recently, just so I can recover it with one of these covers. I am going to ride the stock seat (bike is on the way in about 2 weeks I should add, plus its still snowing) for a while so I can decide how I want to modify the foam on second one... as in "keep me from falling into the tank" I suspect. And maybe some interesting pattern or something.. who knows. I want to see some covers installed first, however (hint!)

The difficult 2005 color is in. Becky's working on a "cowl" look with pewter carbon fiber in the front. as we speak. I believe there will be a few designs. Expect some pictures within the week. Claire my bike will model her new look for you. I will have the actual cowl removed to make a functional rear-seat and show-off the 2-tone effect.

Seatcovers available

Dropping a line to let everyone know that we now offer 3 different types of covers for the superhawk. More will be on the way within the next two months.

Thanks for your patience!

My personal favorite is the Slipstream line.

Not sure what what you're asking.

We have a FAQ section.

Becky,

I have a Sargent saddle I had them make 1.5" higher in the pilot zone, which I reshaped to my liking (3rd time was the charm). I have re-attached the Sarget cover but it "hammocks" over my patented "butt pan" and "ball gutter", so I need a new cover. I've checked out what is available online and the Allsports anti-slip vinyl seems to be the ticket. On your website you list the "AS Black" but can you get their AS101 High Tac-Black non-slip? Does this material really "bite" your butt so to speak. The Sargent no-slip "Griptex" does not prevent me fron sliding when I'm wearing my nylon Aerostitch Roadcrafter suit but in leathers its OK.

I figure you would need my saddle in order to tweak your VTR pattern so it lays properly, no? How much would it be for a "custom" cover for my "massaged" Sargent saddle and would it be longer than 2 weeks?

Thanks
