Case welding and other creative welds that save $$
If you have cases that have been down, and you think they are trash, think again.
If you can supply 90% of any side cover thats been pounded, it can be rebuilt quickly. (and turned into racing spares)
We TIG weld stainless, inconel, aluminum, magnesium, and that wierd mix of dirt and aluminum suzuki uses in most of their parts.
Cases that have grind marks, or other cosmetic gouges can be very cheaply dressed up with new fill-metals and painted, polished or anodized.
If the case has gouges, we can fill them in with the original type of material ( would pass x-ray testing )
starting at $30 plus shipping.

Yeah it's amazing what you can do with welding skills. I took a short tig welding class about a year ago and brought in a shitty rashed pair of two brothers slip ons I bought for cheap. I laid a few beads over the ground down rash on the inlets, ground it to shape, wet sanded & polished it and it looked brand new. Wish I had to time to keep going with it and get really good at it. Ah maybe in the future...

You arent far from me.
I have 3 types of magnesium fill rod so the fill metal matches.
When I finally take my Hawk pics I will show the rebuilt can, and the shifter that
was built-up from the half missing one.
If you throw a chain, and break your cases where the slave cylinder mounts, we can weld the slave cylinder back in place without splitting cases...and make the repair actually look good.
You wont find many who are willing to offer that.
