98 superhawk $3250
I have a 1998 superhawk w/ 17k miles
Here is a list of upgrades
Highmount Jardine Pipes (race baffles)
Coerce rearsets
Penske Double clicker shock
Gsxr Front forks
EBC race rotors
Gsxr calipers
Helibars
Tank Bra
Steel lines
Solo seat cowl
K&N air filter
Jet Kit
Pair system removed block offs installed
Smoke windscreen
frame sliders
--------------------------------------
It does have some cosmetic flaws
Scratches on the right fairing not noticeable until you are close
Tank has a dent in it from falling over in garage (but bra covers it up)
I am having some financial issues and have to get rid of some toys
$3700 with penske
$3250 with stock

I know superhawks aren't the only bikes on the planet but can someone please tell me why they are so inexpensive for what you get. I mean I simply can't see getting as much bike for the money in many other places. I'm glad you don't live near me because it would start with "yeah sure I'd like to have a look at it..." I can't be the only one with this sickness...Keep it far away from me...

That's what I worry about if I have to get rid of mine...Adding up how much all the aftermarket crap adds up to and how it sadly really doesn't increase the value of the bike-maybe only gets a buyer a little more excited if you have some cool stuff on it.

Let me know hope that helps.
