2003 Superhawk paint from Color Rite
Tahitian Blue (PB215CU) touch up paint 2 oz. bottle
(this color is almost impossible to find elsewhere)
TU1720 base coat touch up paint 2 oz. bottle

From Color Rite - the best for matching motorcycle paint
2 oz. bottles (that's a lot of touchup paint !)
Was shipped on 9/8/08 so it's fresh paint.
Bought for the race bike but it's the wrong color - DOH !
Very small amount was used to test the color (now I can't return them)
New from Color Rite it costs $ 20.95 per bottle + $2.00 fuel surcharge + 9.95 shipping & handling (almost $55 total)

You shouldn't need the undercoat
Last time I bought one from Honda it was about $14 for a 1/2 oz. tho
You might be able to take your solo cover or tail to Pep Boys or other auto parts place & see if you can find one close enough for touchup.
I tried that with the blue but nothing came close
