Well, dammit! I read "horse", so a horse it is! Well, good luck with the horse/house buying. Been there, done that. Never sold off a bike for it though.

he chose to sell off the wife, keep his cheap rental, and ALL his toy's..

 

I can't believe what I am reading......keep the bike and get the house.
