Angry Rossimmon13

Purchased the Targa lower fairing from this individual and they did not send the mounting hardware to secure the fairing to the bike.

My emails and phone calls go unanswered. Was paid immediately and got screwed.

Do not buy from this individual.

Maybe he is away from home and Internet, give him some time.

I bought the Clutch lever from him on the same part listing thread you bought the lower on and he sent it right away. Even discounted the part .

He did me right!

Well I thought the same until I was told the rest of the order was going out last Tuesday and the guy doesn't answer his emails our phone calls. I would certainly understand if there were a problem or delay in shipping, but the name of the game is communication and since I have made ever effort to contact him and he has not, I have to assume I am getting stiffed.

Haven't got my solo seat yet, but I'm in no rush. Told me he was really busy which I can understand. Give some time and I'm sure he'll get back to us.

Thanks for the support from everyone, not including reaper. I appreciate doing business with everyone on this forum, but I would not do business with him again. Just too much of a pain for me.

For everyone that got there parts, good luck. I feel that i gave everyone a good deal, and both parties were happy.

Reaper either got his parts today or will tomorrow. I did apoligize for not sending them with the cowl, I was so damn worried about the packaging for the cowl that i totally forgot the brackets.

In the future reaper, give it some time, a lot more than just three days. I do not live with my parents, and dont even know how you got their phone number (I can only assume it was somehow linked to my paypal account that got started probably 8 years ago). When my mother told me that someone had been calling her house about some parts that i forgot to send I must say i was really annoyed. You shouldnt be bothering her with that ****.

end rant

I learned early on that some of the folks on the forum do not move at my pace. Most of the time I'm quicker about things because I have been in business so long. I have the shipping connections etc so I can getter dun!

That was all well and good until I bought iscoot's front end take offs. We/I messed around for five weeks trying to figure out who gets what and how much is the shipping and the boxes sat in his office - five of them for five weeks.

You're right about communication, reaper, but everybody doesn't live down the street from their ISP. Some people have to go the public library to get IC. If somebody called my Mom about motorcycle parts I would do them the favor of delivering them myself.

I would think that Greg is going to allow final comments on this thread for the next 12 to 24 hours. After that everybody needs to cool their stuff and carry on.

First of all, when we came to a price agreement, I sent payment in full by Paypal per Rossimmon13 request. Several days later I get a part with no mounting hardware. I look up the address that is listed on the package through White Pages and get a phone number. I call and left a message to which I get a PM response that the hardware will go out the next day. Towards the end of the week, I send a PM and follow-up with a phone call the next day to find out whats going on and I get no reply. I have no way to know if or who lives at that address other than Rossimmon13 as it is how the package was addressed.

Then I get a response that I need to chill out that Rossimmon13 been busy and it should be no problem that I wait a few days while he gets his affairs in order before he ships my hardware out. Sure he's been paid and I guess it IS too hard to get a envelope in the mail, my mistake. So nearly two weeks after I get the fairing, I am still waiting to put it on the bike.....BS!

Like I said, if you tell me you are going to do something, I expect that to happen unless you communicate something different, which did not happen.

If you re-read the initial post, I stated facts, you on the other hand have not.

My last PM to you I thanked you for the excellent job of packaging the fairing and that still stands.

This could have been avoided altogether if you had not left me hanging.

Done.

Okay, let's bring this to rest. Rossimon13 and Reaper deal with this via PM from here out. Reaper, email or PM me when you get all your parts. Rossimon13, email or PM me when you get payment returned.
