Asked about the watermark but the art was shared in a high res and not trademarked so what ya gonna do? Just sux seeing someone run with it. There won't be a next time, I can guarantee that!

Ohhh this I forgot about... thanks for bringing up a stab wound. He even celebrated a new year by throwing all of my designs in a pile and setting them on fire!
But Jason pointed this out a little while back and I didn't follow up with a contact or anything. Not worried enough to take energy out of my day for... but I did pull the link to the graphics for now until we figure out a better way to share them accountably...
Haha, seems he misread this part as "how to" instructions:

Pretty please don't take these just to commercialize. I've put a bit of hours into them, but they are just a hobby for me so I don't mind giving others a go. If you want to vinyl your garage with a Superhawk stencil that would be sweet (and post up a picture!). But it would give me a sad face if someone were to print a bunch of our old shirts on a coffee cup and sell them without permission. Wolverine (Jason), makes just enough to cover all his packaging time and keeping track of orders on the shirts and we'd like to keep things going like they are without worrying about.

Got a reply. He told me he wasn't selling anything, apologized and removed pics. Like 7moore7, I didn't loose any sleep over it. I would hate to see tons of swag all over ebay and such without proper "royalties" or compensation for Ian's time. For some reason I feel protective of that little child I helped create.

That's a bit cheeky:thumbdown I remember when we where discussing T-shirt designs and these ideas came up.
Unfortunately this is one of those things where there is not much that can be done. One of the downfalls of the digital age and worldwide trading. Then the variations in copyright laws from one country to another. But basically IMO it's intellectral copyright infringement. That's what it boils down too.
You can copyright things in metadata or even hide something to prove proof of ownership https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steganography or evn stick a creative commons license on stuff. Unfortunately plagiarism and copyright infringment is somethig that every designer/artist or whatever has a constant battle with in our online world.
I not so long ago had someone try to sell a print out of my MCCT Guide on eBay LOL I got on the case with eBay explained this was copyright infringement. I'm the author and it's a print out off the forum. eBay removed it.
Good on Rob to apologise and remove them though. He could have asked LOL
