Order of washer, spacer, washer, indented collar. In back ground, fork cap, the rebound rod comes out as part of the assembly

Remove the bottom hex head screw, you may need to reassemble the spring, washers, preload spacer and nut to stop the assembly from moving in the tube. (This is the bolt that stripped on me on the right side)

Picture of the fork taken appart as far as the shop manual tells you to go (If your bushings and fork seals are in good repair, you do not need to remove the stanchion from the fork tube)
