Burnt out the old r/r due to a battery jump from a RUNNING CAR. ~~~Not going to do that again!!

I bought a "Mister Electrical" r/r = p/n: Z030-0018N.

This is the only one I could find, with a plug, within my time frame (and that I only had $18 in my account...) ~~~I didn't find this MOSFET one at the time for only $27!! (I don't know if the bolt holes match up)

Timing and money is everything... heh... Oh well.

Trying to fix the order of the pics... right now, last is first.... Read more ยป

20161006 r r swap 01a - before I cut the old plug out. BTW, I did not have to alter the holes at all. I just needed longer bolts. Old wiring layout for reference.

20161006 r r swap 02a - Pic for size difference. I'm holding the old one over the new mounted one.

20161011 r r swap 06a - After swap. I rec'd a picture from Mister Electrical tech support (lower left insert pic) on how to wire it. The stock one is placed there just for comparison. I also installed an old PC cooling fan to see if it will help... I have no baseline tho for performance levels. I mmmmay duct the fan in the future... ahhhhhh pipe dreams...
