Weird front end feeling while leaned over

Hello all,
So its finally started to get a little warmer around my area and I've started hitting the twisties a little but I've gotten a really weird feeling from my front end. I'm not a suspension guru so maybe I just need some sort of adjustment that I can't figure out. This has happened the last two times i've hit the twisties.
While leaned over on the left side (same corner both times), mid corner, off the brakes and just holding steady throttle (just before rolling it on) I get a feeling like the forks are sort of going up and down. Not too fast, but maybe completing the up-down cycle 1-2 times a second. Its pretty weird and not something I've felt before on my old bike (CBR600). On that bike I had a friend help me out with the suspension but I can't remember any of the order to do it in. I know there's a Sport Rider article I can look up for help with that if thats what it is.
Is this just a matter of stiffening up the suspension? I got the bike last year with about 1k miles and haven't done anything with the suspension yet so I'm guessing its still set to factory specs (I'm guessing too soft). If it is the suspension what specifically causes this? Rebound damping? Thanks for any insight...

Will

RCVTR is an unknown quantity at this point
It sounds like you need a couple clicks of rebound damping (clockwise on the adjuster on top).

That should help a lot. But to really make the fork work requires some internal work.

Did you check tire pressure?

Nevermind the bent wheel, or the steadily growing tire bubble on the sidewall.

Do a search on suspension on here, and you will find lots of info.

Unless you are really light guy then the springs will be too soft. The valving is also to restrictive, that is why people instal Race Tech Gold Valves. These will fix your suspenion up nicely.

Hawkrider can do suspension work for you. Other members have been happy with his work so you could send him a PM.

Tire pressure is good.
No wobble in the steering. It almost felt like weaving a little too.
I'll try and set up my suspension with a buddy this weekend and then maybe look into the Racetech Gold Valves.
Which Gold Valves are people using? There seems to be 4 options on their website.

I'll contact them and see what they recommend for me...
Thanks for the help all.

there's a couple guys on this forum that do forks/shocks at a much lower price than race tech and most likely with more attention to detail/tlc and quicker>get er done!!
