Upper Fairing mounts - which one goes where?

I've been looking around....can't seem to find good info.
Also looking through a bunch of pics, it's hard to tell.

The SH has 4 aluminum fairing mount things. Each in a "Z" shape. 2 small, 2 large.
The 2 small have a slight angle to them. The big ones look close, but one has a little groove built in.

I bought my SH naked and I am now trying to mount the upper, but I've never seen a hawk with it's clothes off to see which one of these goes where?

So far, I have deducted that the small ones go lower/center of the bike ( i found where they mount) and large ones go up by the tank. But still...which one where? Should they point forward/down/back/up?

Plz help.
Thanks.

WELLL, Spoot (?) the two brackets in the center of you photo - This is a Trial and Error procedure.. because -you can mount the brackets on either side... No way to confirm to you bracket goes where...
Your correct on the lower/back/smaller bracket...

PATIENCE.. is the key/ good luck..

should they point up/down/back/forward?

I guess there is only 4...I could just start mix-n-match then test fit...rinse/repeat.

ok. got it figured out....I think. I only have an aftermarket race upper, but I think it should be the same for OEM mounts.

First up, the little ones.
They each have a little offset to them.
They mount with the threaded hole out/away from the bike.
They mount with the outside tab pointed toward the front of the bike.

The rightisde mount will slope toward the ground.

The other little one mounts the same way, just on the left side of bike.

Now, the longer ones.

Threaded part out/away.
It mounts along the slight angle-cut and will basically point to the "N" in Honda - on the tank.

The last one has a guide/groove on the base.
Again, align with the slight angle-cut and point toward "Honda"
