Can anyone here supply a picture of what the upper fairing & guage mounting bracket looks like? Also what it looks like installed; I understand the gauges, etc will be in the way but maybe I can see enough to figure it out.

I'm picking up a SH that was crashed so none of those pieces are available for me to look at and I would like to be sure what I need to buy.

Make sure you pay particular attention to the front fairing stay. It is the round thingy on the front of the frame where the steering head bearings are located. Make sure it isn't missing and or cracked.
