soo what is this smoke

i havent ridden in over 5 months due to some monetary issues i was having coming up with the money and penalties to get my title transferred and new tags ...

so i take her out of the garage today, drained all the old gas, drained the floats and put some new gas in her ... and there is a hint of white smoke coming out of the exhausts.

smells like it is running a bit rich too cause i can smell gas ....

any ideas?

White smoke is usually moisture
Blue smoke is usually oil
Black smoke is usually rich

Pull the plugs and take a look at them.
Was the bike fully warmed up and still smoking?

I agree with the post above, it's probably just accumulated moisture from sitting.

How cold is it in Dallas? White smoke (steam) will come out of the exhaust constantly if it's cold enough. Otherwise, only during cold startup.

condensation forms in the mufflers and get's "steamed" out as they warm up.
Take it for a good 20 minute run. Then check to see if there is still white smoke. There should not be if it's just muffler moisture.
