Smashed header

So I spent all freakin day replacing my header that had a crack in the weld from my sink hole incident.

Captainchaos was good enough so sell me a header and a footpeg which also had a stress crack from my landing.

Took extra time to rewrap it too to keep temps down.

A sore back and some skin irritation from the wrap later and the deep baritone boom of the hawk is back.

How 'bout a pic or two of your handiwork? I think last time I wrapped some midpipes I read somewhere to soak the wrap in water first, and I'm pretty sure I also wore latex gloves as well.

Yeah will post it up. I soaked it but thought that would solve the irritation issue but shoulda worn long sleeves like a muffler repack.

I wanted to take pics as I went but was going at it full steam. Good thing I always keep some exhaust donuts on hand.
