Rubber fuel lines refresh

Hello,

I want to replace the petcock diaphragm and all rubber fuel lines.

Could someone tell me the ID and OD of the lines? It seems that there are plenty sizes of rubber "fuel safe" lines at car part stores.

Thanks!

BULK HOSE PART NUMBER PATTERN

https://www.cmsnl.com/help/faq/14_honda/
Bolton Motorcycles - VTR1000F (FIRESTORM) 1997

The schema below should give a rough idea of the construction of fuel and vacuum hose part numbers. keywords: vacuum, bulk, hose

Careful using straight replacement fuel hose as there's some some tight kinks just after the petcock connection, this can crack after a while causing fuel leak. OEM fuel hose comes kinky :-)

Thank you for the replies!

@E.Marquez - do those sizes work without the quick connectors? Quick connectors would be nice but I take the hoses off so rarely that it would not justify the added hassle

@Wicky- I will inspect the existing hosing, although I think some of them have no printed codes. My bike is from '01, so the petcock is behind the tank hinge, so maybe the radii aren't that tight. I'm not expecting to find any specs regarding the minimum radius of straight lines so I will only know after fitting them if it will be an issue or not. Thanks for pointing this out though- I didn't think about it but regardless of durability, kinking past a threshold will restrict the flow.
It doesn't seem like the brightest idea but... has anyone tried to induce a permanent radius in a straight hose using a heat gun + bending the hose to shape?

Yes they do those hoses attache to everything normally attached to...they just have quick disconnects in the middle (give or take)
