Replaced motor on my 996 vtwin 2003 superhawk

So I replaced My motor and now connecting every thing and ran into a problem with the water hoses I have to hoses that ate going to the carb for cooling now one is coming off the water pump to one of the carbs water cooling ports and the other says comes off the water value section the issue is on my old motor the water pump hose is connected to the thermostat port is there a diagram that shows a clear location for each of this hoses.. I am also having the same issue with the vacuum lines from tank to all ports needed for it I found the one vacuum line going from the motor to fuel tank but there some place with a T connection and I don't have a T connection on old.motor and or any of the other hoses so a diagram of that would be amazing as well and any one able to help me with this I need to get this bike up and runing by end of the weekend this week
