Mystery bracket

I bought a Superhawk that had the timing jump and was partially disassembled. I have fixed it and put it back together but I have a bracket left. Under the bike there is a barcket bolted on behind the side stand. It is roughly L shaped with a slot in the loose end. The parts box also had a piece with a small bend in it and a similar slot. They look like they belong together. I have searched the manual and the online parts diagrams and have not found it. Does anybody know what this is and how it goes.

Thanks.

Saige I think you are right. About a 15 minutes after I posted it just came to me. I did get a lower faring with the bike. The last owner said they did not like it so they took it off and put the stock chin piece on.

The bracket on the bike is parallel to the ground with the going across the bike. I don't think they attach together. I think the other bracket goes near the front and a couple of bolts on the center line hold the fairing up.

Now if I can get some choke cables I will be in business.

Thanks for the responses.

If you go to Ronayers.com Ron Ayers Motorsports and call the number, they should be able to get it to you by end of week, just call and make sure they have the choke cable available,or find partsman, that's his name on forum,he should have one available and can probably get it to you a couple days quicker.
