Idle down pause.

Hey People out there
... I have a carb issue that I know someone could advise me on.
I have modifications on the bike as you know (Stage 2 Cams, 11:1 pistons and minor carb adjustments.)
When the Idle comes down after you bleep the throttle...there is a small pause/delay at the end of the revs before it rests at normal Idle.
Is it because that the Main Jets are too heavy (180 front 185 Rear) and the fuel is still in the carbs?
Does the TPS need to be set at a different resistance than 550 ohms?
Would appreciate any thoughts out there.
Thanks.

How many turns out on the fuel screws? You might need to go up a size on the pilot jets.

These are my Carb setupMain Jets Front 180

Rear 185

Needle Shims

Front .044

Rear .047

Pilot Jets 48

Air/ Mix Screw Front 2 ¼

Rear 2 ½
I had the Carbs Balanced on the vacuum ....but I will check that again. Never considered the valves too tight. I'll have to check that.
