front fork help please
i bought some forks off ebay they were said to be vtr1000 front forks but they dont fit my bike as the brakes won't bolt up
i am wondering what they are for or if i can find a brake system to fit them to make them work on my bike

Wow, I was following that auction as well. I think they were also selling "Superhawk" rims that were CBR units as well. I learned the hard way after getting an F4 rim and learning that it's not a direct swap. I re-listed the rim and its sold and on its way to its new owner. (All within a week of having received it).
It's probably easier to re-list the forks for what they actually rather than try chasing the seller around.

I just looked at the listing and even though it states no returns it also states that they are specifically for a VTR1000.
I would contact them and politely explain the mistake they made and either request a refund or see if they actually have VTR forks.
