factory jet kit emulsion tubes?

Ready to install the jet kit but... I've read everything I could find on re-jetting and in kb#6 it refers to cleaning the tubes not replacing. Are the members running factory jet kits staying with the stock tubes or using the factory kit supplied ones?

My Factory Pro 1.1 kit came with #50 pilot jets and various main jets. No emulsion tubes. The Factory Pro site shows how to distinguish the stock rear emulsion tube from the front.

just double checking you sure they gave you new emulsion tubes? here is a link to what they look like (scroll about half way to pic)

http://www.factorypro.com/Prod_Pages/prodh77.html

I think if what you are doing keeps stock cams/head and exhaust (except slipons) its unlikely you'd notice a huge difference in changing them. There is only one way to tell of course......and its not that much work to swap them out -just keep the rear and front correct orientation - its subtle difference in the orientation of the side holes.

Emulsion tubes are what you screw the main jets into. If you remove them, the front and rear ones are different, so make sure to reinstall them correctly.
