Air/Fuel screw?

Ok slow day at the office for me today. I did a bunch of thread searching, but could not find any real explanation of what exactly this does on our bikes.

Namely which part of the fuel circuit does it control and how. Does it just control the idle circuit?

Anyone want to tell me how is actually works. Thank you all.

Simple answer... No it doesnt just affect the idle... The screw whatever name you want to call it, affects the mix of air/fuel all through the revband... The pilot and main jets are fuel in addition to the a/f screw at thier specific areas...
