1. slow or no "submit " or "preview" when posting reply.

2. no email notification of replies

is this permanent or a malfunction?

Over the last week I'd been noticing very slow response times with the sites access in general. Primarily with accessing the main page. It does seem to have disappeared into the ether (S?) since then.
