gotta love the Akuma helmets, especially with the glow lights built into the helmet.

my head is Shoei Shaped. i've had a couple RF1000s. if the summer is gonna be as hot this year as it was last year, though, i definitely will be looking for a helmet that has removable (washable) innards, like the RF1100. i sort of like the look of the Arai RX-Q DNA Black. probably a magnet for kids on crotch-rockets wanting to race me down city streets, though.

Always liked the Arai's. I sheared the side off one once upon a time. I have an ear there thanks to that crash cap.

I bought a Shoei X-12 Vermulen, Mainly for the protection but also for the fact that my VTR is blk w/ Gold rims and the helmet goes with it pretty well.
