Hey all, would any of you all buy used leathers that have been crashed in 1-2 times? Just looking for opinions. If they are intact and just scuffed a bit, shouldn't the protection for the most part still be there? Lemme know.

Here are pics on one I was thinking of for $115

Thanks.

I will second that. JUMP ON THAT DEAL. If they are your size they look good. I have 3 sets of race leathers for different conditions (rain, dry, hot, cool). If you want to dye/color them to look new the 2 best places are manhattan wardrobe supply(google it) for amazing leather dye that you "paint" on. It looks perfect. You can also get a spray on product from JCwhitney that is made for steering wheels, dash boards, leather upolstry. I think its called custom color or something. It is WORLDS better than anything duplicolor ever made. I changed the color of my alpinestars smxplus boots from red to blue & the paint on my bike wore down before the boot color. These made my race buddies think I bought replacement leathers

I snagged a frank thomas suit for $200 off ebay and the only thing wrong with it was that someone had taken oout the elbow armor. just swapped in my own and tadaaa, perfect suit.
