Motocross champion James "Bubba" Stewart was picked up today in Polk County on a March charge of impersonating an officer.

Stewart, 25, who owns a home in southwest Orange County, originally was arrested at Orlando International Airport on March 28, but prosecutors didn't file a charge.

The case has been transferred to Osceola County, where the felony charge was filed today, a spokeswoman for the State Attorney's Office said.

Stewart, who is from Haines City and starred in "Bubba's World" reality-TV show, was booked into the Polk County Jail on an Osceola County warrant and released on $1,000 bail.

So, he impersonates an officer, they didn't file charges and let him go. Gave the case to someone else months later and they filed charges, so they went and arrested him? What the hell kind of system is this?

"Yeah, I don't wana do it. Here, you do it."

"You want me to waste my time on paperwork with this? Wait...what was that? This will be in the papers? Sure, let me file charges on this MoFo!"
