Just thought I would throw up this reminder to get off the net and watch it.

 

ummmmmmm did I miss something? they showed it today but the race was cancelled for the day and they just showed practice runs and recaps from last year... are they gonna show the race?!?!?!?!?!

 

Yeah, the races got canned due to high winds. Bunch of pansies! Michael Dunlop had a "falling out" with Yamaha and they split up like a week ago! Hes on a new BMW now. Man, that cant be an easy switch in that kind of racing.

but it said they were doing the race the next day? unless I heard them incorrectly (the commentator host seemed like a douche that doesnt know anything)...

and yea I heard the interview with dunlop

host - "so are you ready for the race?"
dunlop - ".................... what do you think?"

it is a huge switch... completely different animals and nothing in common(unless they're running the same tires)

 

Yeah, I have learned new bikes but at a REALLY gradual pace. I cant imagine switching bikes and trying to win a race. Even 2 of the same bikes will feel very different.

Seems a bit worrying. May be a big ask.

 

big risk is an understatement.... 200mph on the road.... yea I may sit this year out if I were him

 

I did however enjoy the recaps of last year. still the greatest show on earth!
