No thank you. Also gonna laugh my *** off if it makes less power than a 24 year old Superhawk.

The engine, 1100cc, undoubtedly the same as in the AT 1100 and NT1100, has a claimed 101hp. Start laughing.

How hard can it be to put out a 399 lb motorcycle that makes 120 hp.
I guess I'm too old to understand the reasons behind modern motorbike design.....................

I too would like a go at the sport-touring version, but no DCT for me (can't see myself paying extra $$$$ for more weight and complexity, and reduced performance (due to extra 22 lbs of rotating weight))

I have wrist and finger and thumb joint issues, so the DCT is very attractive to me. Pain really puts a damper on enjoying a ride these days on all my bikes. Tylenol and Motrin alternated every 4 hours.

If ilost the 20 pounds I've gained since Covid and my last 3 surgeries, the added weight of the DCT would be incidental.

But first I have to get back in the saddle which has been delayed as 15 weeks post surgery the pain is stilis bad, so I may have to go back under the knife. :-(

Now you guys have me thinking about all the weight I could add, rotating or otherwise, in various, superfluous accoutrement (please use the French pronunciation) if I would loose the weight, COVID induced and otherwise, I should. This may be just the incentive I need.
