Totally Stoked... well, almost
So I took my 'Hawk to the shop to have a full RaceTech rebuild done on the forks - new generation compression and rebound valves, 0.9 springs, etc., and to have a Wilbers shock installed. Shop called yesterday to say the bike was ready to roll. I queried the tech a bit to see how it went. He gave me details, sounded like a pro, even mentioned that the left Vance & Hines midpipe was hitting the shock and causing a gas leak. This happened with the stock shock as well, so I can't blame the Wilbers. Anyway, he made a "small adjustament" and says all is good.
The bad news is that it starting freezing-A raining and I'm not up for a 20 mile ride back in it. I admit it, I'm a wuss and I don't ride in the rain. So I'm stoked to see how the bike rides now but have to wait a bit.

Greg (our forum admin) did the RT rebuild on my forks with the springs, valves and all the goodies. When I got them back I installed the Penske. He was very specific about how this setting the sag needs to happen. It's all very simple but needs to be done properly otherwise your whole investment will not work together.
Do a search for search and you may come up with instructions. If not try him on a PM and he can send them back to you. They may also be on his website.
