I would openly like to thank NHSH for sending the idea across the pond. Now what was a mini chaos for me has turned into complete logistical disaster.

Good thing the Holidays are around the corner, it'll give me time to recharge....I hope.

Thanks Mate !

Thank you for the brilliant idea Jack Flash.
Also credit to Lloydie that actually implemented the idea and gathered many brothers in no time ;-)

I'm pretty sure if you get stiffed by anyone, there will be many others to take thier spot. Heck, if I were you, I would make another run just to throw up on eBay and charge a couple bucks more to make some money for your time involved.

By the way, check your email. I just Paypal'd ya

I'm still baffled that no one's thought to do this yet! Just a thought... In your next runs, if you hadn't on your first set you may want to notch or indicate one or two sides of the grip so that one can count turns when adjusting. Not sure how hard that would be to put into the program. I plan on just using a pen or grinder to make it easier on myself.

Hmm To powder-coat or not to powder-coat? Obviously I will cover the needle and threads. ...then engrave the four lines for reference.

So, the only thing to replace the OEM screw, is with a perfect copy....with benefits, like a thumb screw. I had a few sets made through someone I know. CNC machined in brass, to the exact specs as the OEM. Works perfectly, and fits beautifully.

Bellow, a few pics to see what they look like. You will notice one is shorter then the other. This feature is to clear the water fitting on the front cylinder. PM if interested in a set. Not looking to make any money, but, cover my costs for making them 30$ for the pair shipped in NA.

I've been thinking !! If I was to drill out the fixed plate and thread it so that the balance screw is facing up and not down that would make it easier to adjust ? .
Another little project to add to my list
