Question for you experts

Would it be possible to swap out the stock swingarm on a 98 superhawk with a single sided swingarm from a VFR? Im sure its been done so I would just like some direction on where to get some info.

The VFR singarm is heavier, so you will be doing it for looks not performance. The other issue is you will not have a matching front wheel. A CBR600F3 rim will be closer in looks than the stock rim as it is 5 spoke.
