master cylinder for VTR1000 - which? CBR929 ? or ??

A friend needs a master cylinder for his Superhawk.

I'd give him mine if I could find out which one of the CBR's will work as an upgrade to the VTR1000 .. I think I remember someone using a CBR929 master cylinder with the only rub being that it rubs a little on the fairing if not placed just perfectly.

Or maybe someone's got a stock one sitting around ?

Seems to work well with the CBR 929 MC :
What are the best brake pads/lines combination for the VTR? EBC HH pads combined with Galfer or Goodridge braided SS brake lines and a CBR929RR master cylinder. This combination absolutely ROCKS! The performance is about 90% of those on the RC51, and I don't think I'll ever use all the brake on the RC.
See it here at "FAQ" section : http://webpages.charter.net/gnemish/index.html
