So I have had my eye on one of these bikes for some time now and found one in my price range that in my location. Any pointers on what to look for on the bike pros/cons. Thanks ill post some pictures once I go look at it.

It should fire right up and run on the choke when cold, without a lot of clatter from the motor. If you can't get a test ride, get the owner to ride it around for you and demonstrate its health. If it is running well, and riding well, you are in good shape. Then you want to look at the major failure points once it is yours, which if failed will keep the bike from running and will likely do damage. See if the CCT's have been replaced with MCCT's and see if the regulator is original, superduty, or Mosfet. Search this forum for more information on both. Besides those two known failings, the bikes are pretty bulletproof, and many have made it to and over 75,000 miles.

Good Luck!
