Does anyone know

If the front brake pads from a 1998 900rr are interchangeable with Rc51 sp1 rotors and calipers?

My bad I didn't see you were going SP1, then no they are different as are the rotors.

calipers are same (same casting, mounting position and pads), though rotors are different.... Caliper-wise, the differences lay in the piston sizes used (or machined from the castings).....do a search for the specs for the others but 98-99 900RR/F4i/SP-1 use 34/32mm pistons while most others use 32/30mmm (the one exception, IIRC, is the CBR929 which used 34/30 combo)
