Can building coming up...

Hi all from the UK.
Am going to build some LOUD cans soon, just need some info.
Is this the list of parts i need?
2x outer sleeves
2x inlet caps
2x outlet caps
2x baffle tubes
rivets
any help or info will be greatly appreciated, as is the first attempt at this.
Have searched forums, looking for a step by step, with no luck.
Thanks in advance, Chris.

Do a search on the ozfirestorm site, there is a chap there who made a post about building his own cans.

Thanks bud, the main thing i need to know is how much longer than the sleeves do the internal perforated tubes need to be?
Chris.

Well, I would imagine the ideal is to have them the same length?

Wrap the filling around the inner tube with the end caps attached to it and slide the outer sleeve on, and rivet it to the end caps... Simple in theory, less so in practice...

We have dies to make the endcaps for M4 cans at my workplace. We haven't made them in acouple years so maybe it is now an obsolete version. Either that or they have enough for years, because I believe they ordered thousands at a time to keep the price low. We also made aluminum header flanges for them. Just thought I would mention it because a guy at my work made his own slipon for his bike using these parts.
