Replacement tail light bulbs leds, flashing...

Anyone seen these out there cheaper, like under $20 each....or something similar, as I want them moving all the time, and either stop and get brighter when brake is applied, or flash / Pulsate....you get the picture...

I've seen these on cars before and to be honest they are the dimmest LED bulbs I've seen for automotive use. Just FYI

Yeah, I read several reviews after posting, and they failed badly....I want something like this though, so if anyone knows of a better route to take, or a manufacturer that has a decent product, let me know....
