PIAA lightbulb

alright i went down to my local honda dealership and bouhgt a $50 light bulb and its supposed to be superbright but i got it in and it barely did anything. so i have two questions
1. is it possible to aim the headlight up a little bit?
2. is an hid kit the only way to get a very bright lightfield with the stock headlight unit?

Which light did you get? I purchased the PIAA extreme white plus and it is at least 4x brighter than the stock bulb. I paid $46 for mine at a local honda dealership.

Piaa is the most over rated bulb out there. You pay too much for it. I sell them at my auto parts store. I rec. you get the sylvania silverstar h-4. It's $20.00 and it the best bulb for the money.

+1 on the Silverstars...

On a side note... I recently got fed up with my VTR's under dimensioned headlight wiring and added a thicker wire from the battery and two relays to the stock connector...

That made a world of difference... I have better light now with my Silverstar bulb than my riding mate who shelled out $$$ for a XENON kit, he's a tad upset about that...
