Talking NEWBIE with fairing and tail section ?

Well fellas im new to the page so bare with me. I have a 2000 superhawk and i was wondering two things.
1. Has anyone made a lower fairing from an RC51 work on the superhawk? And which one is the best looking.
2. Has anyone changed the tali section in any sort of way without changing the subframe and all that stuff. I love the predator tail but 800 bucks is a bit much i think.

One useful tool here at the forum is the search funtion in the upper right. Hover your cursor over it, left click and type anything. Tons of posts from lots of folks. It's a great way to get up to speed on the Superhawk and find out what YOU like. There's lots of choices, most of them are expensive, and it's all about what appeals to you not everybody else. Read about what other people are doing gathering part names and company names then go to these websites and start nosing around. You'll find some stuff you like and some stuff you don't and some stuff that looks like all the other stuff. Gradually your bike will come together as your ideas and finances cross paths.

Thanks Nuhawk for the reply. Nothing is wrong with the tail. Im just a big fan of having the two piece seat. To me it makes it a tad more sporty than it is now. Ill hopefully be posting some b4 and after shots after i install a few goodies.

superhawk22 is an unknown quantity at this point
The RC lower won't just bolt up because of the curved lines of the VTR but there's lots of different choices. The one that I think looks the most uniform one piece look is the Sharkskin lower but that's just my opinion.
