Sweet. how did you "Shim the fairing about 1/8 inch up"?

 

Had some metal about 1/8 thick. Cut out pieces same size as the rubber pads between the fairing and fairing bracket. Drilled holes so that the mirrors would fit through. Not quite as many threads holding the mirrors now, but I plan to keep an eye on them to be sure that they don't get loose. Haven,t put much time so can,t say about the handling, but they are still lower than the ones on my Hawk. I don't anticipate any problems.

 

Maico, look in your mirrors. If you can't see your elbows, your mirrors fell off.

 

They appear much wider than my Heli.
