It's typical German street...they have a "pattern" in way they do this kind of bikes, and to be honest German street clearly not a beatiful creatures...
It is not over-customized, it's just too brutally styled - very German streetfighter indeed....
I personally hate those jacked-up pillions in favour of some Italian or French style - slightly higher than stock with sharp end...
But German street builders good at tuning, and I must admire work done on forks, swingarm, brakes etc. and how tidy it's done.
Now remove that ridicolous pillion, straighten up exhaus a bit and you get nice bike...

Wow. If you go to the top level website (http://www.missile-customs.de/) for these guys they have a number of bikes like this. Definately not for me. I do like the headlight setups on some of the bikes tho....

Looks to me like a bike that was in an accident, possibly rearended. gotta agree, I don't like.
