Has anyone tried these?

 

I have been using them for a couple of years. Can't compare them to anything else as I havn't tried anything else but they work for me. Raises the bars up about 2inches and back about 3/4inch. Also allows you to rotate the clipons in or out some compared to stock. I commute 120 round trip and the position is very comfortable.

 

I used them for about 7 years on my SH, made a world of difference for me...the rise was 3/4 inch IIRC...
