Dual headlights for the Hawk
 

I've seen several pictures over the last year of Superhawks with dual head lights, does anyone know where I can find a kit to do that or is it a fab yourself kinda thing.

I'd try these guys. The pic up is not of the SH, but if you scroll down to the bottom, they have one set up with the dual headlights.

Is the place to get them.

I've seen some others from europe, but have no idea where to try to purchase them in the USA.

In my opinion, it makes the SH look like an old generation gixer or yamaha fzr. I wouldn't do that mod to my bike.

The sound coming from my carbon fiber cans should clear up any confusion about it being one of the cookie cutter crotch rockets :twisted:

Too bad it doesn't look more like the old ducati and less like the old gixxer...

This I find the most beatiful dual headlight I have ever seen on a VTR.The lights are from an older NSR125.

I think that being able to graft a 125 two stroke fairing to our bikes that doesn't look out of place at all says volumes about how swelvt and light looking the VTR really is.

The fairing is not from the 125 only the lights.

I will try to look up where the fairing comes from. I do think its not that beatiful as the Mario Nava one.

my only question on the yellow one is how do you reach the choke knob?

Was thinking of doing something similar with my race upper, except maybe just a headlight on one side endurance racing style.

I read a post on a cbr board about adding a headlight from a Peugout scooter, looked pretty sweet.

I am not sure if it is of any interest, but quite cool twin-light RC-style fairing available from quite popular in France company LM Productions. 910 Euro unpainted.

All these good looking bikes makes me want to start fixing mine up more. I bought mine with white plastic and a red gas tanks and haven't been able to decide what to do with it exactly. Yeah I like those dula headlights that aren't round. They sort fo remind me of a 2000 600 ninja though.

That looks pretty cool. I'd like to see the tail and the exhaust though.

Too bad its made in France, I'd never buy anything from france.

Lighten up on the French...I agree, they've been weak lately. & boycott if you must. I know it's been a while, but remember, they did bail us out during the Revolutionary War!

Never say you hate the French or will boycott them until you take a walk down the Champs de Lysse (spl?) in Paris and see...no, behold their stunning women. :shock:

except for the 250 light setup, the round dual headlight looked a lot like the 93-95 cbr 900rr 's , so no... too much of old school.

Will buy the NSR headlights from a breakers yard though ! They are asking far too much !

Mario's set up uses Peugot scooter headlights. I had thought about mounting a set in a sharkskins upper.

Check out Peugot's website and you can find the US dealer (in Fla) if I remember correctly)
