I purchased this superchicken just a few months ago in April. Since then, I've done a few things to return this beauty to mostly OEM. Here's my introductory post if you want to see the "before" photos: https://www.superhawkforum.com/forum...-2002-a-31937/

Owner Name: Tyler aka TboneNast
2002 Red CA Superhawk

Mods:
Previous owner added the following:
-Removed decals on fairings, windshield, and tail
-APE MCCTs
-Chopped rear fender
-Tank Bra

Since purchase, I've:
-Returned exhaust to OEM from 2bros
-Carbs: went #48 slows from #50, dropped rear main to OEM, front slide has 1 lift hole epoxied, returned needles to OEM (PO had Factory Pro kit), mix screws 5/8 turn back from killing idle
-TPS to 501 ohms
-Reinstalled chain guard
-Returned turn signals & tail light to OEM
-Added karting nassau clips to lower fairing where trim clips go
-Replaced wrong plugs with OEM
-Installed under-the-seat vac tubes for easy sync
-Added Red-on-Black Honda socks to Front, Rear, and Clutch fluid reservoirs
-Added solo cowl
-PAIRectomy, CAEVAPectomy
-Installed T-REX Frame Sliders

Thanks for lookin'!

I really like naked bikes.
If I had more ambition I'd make mine naked too.

Motocraft,

I would like to think that my bike is spotless.

I voted for you because you have veered away from the traditional Hawk and shown everyone another view of what a Hawk can be.

I would love to alter mine from the traditional Hawk with lots of mods and change it's appearance to the point that it becomes hard to tell what it is.

I am contemplating a complete make over in the mould of a cafe racer but will not hack my pristine fairings.

Instead I am embarking on sourcing a new set of panels that will alter the look dramatically like you have.

Eventually I want something distinctive like yours, but in a different direction that is easily put back to standard.

Congrats mate , you have a cool bike, well done!
