Maybe they've added "brown" to the list of colored chains. Got's to get me one of those!

Brown is for that "retro" look

No that really is rust!! My Chain has survived 30k miles now and it needs replacing. I have a new chain a sprockets set waiting at the shop by my house but I haven't had time to get it. Can't wait though because that is the only rust spot on my bike.

Those sturdy 530 chains sure take a lot of abuse. But nice bike overall. Did you get different gearing for the new sprockets?

No I stuck with the stock gearing because I do a lot of long trips with my dad. I have a 15t front sprocket sitting around if I plan on riding hard in the twisties.
